For cancelled transaction, edit the item and click button Set to set the quantity to zero and deduct the quantity in you branch ledger. Continue editing the rest of the value and click Save Changes.
If you clicked Set button and cancelled the editing, the quantity will not reflect right away. Refresh the page so that the quantity will show the latest value.
